I've have a five month old chocolate lab and my
question is how can I find out if his past can from all chocolate labs and too see if he came a champion bloodline?

If he is registered you can get a 3-5 generation pedigree with coat colors. This will also show any health checks in his background(OFA,CERF etc) and will also show any titles.
