A Visitor asked the following question on 9/3/2005
I have a one year old IG. My sister breeds and shows papillions. She has recently changed the diet of her dogs to RAW (think that's the name) and feeds only raw meats. They get 1/3 their body weight which is about a chicken leg. Bones are OK because they are not cooked. They digest more and stools are about 1/2 or 1/3 what they were on kibble diets.
My question: has anyone tried this diet with IGs and if so, do you like it?

I have used Raw diet on my IG's and they love it. Yes, stool output is much less, and it turns white in a short time frame, and disappears into the yard.
