What is the youngest age to breed a chocolate lab?

No breeding should occur under age 2 and ONLY after you have completed all necessary clearances. Hips, Elbows, Eyes and Heart. You should also thoroughly research the blood lines of what you are breeding to determine what is there and what you want to add to the breed by doing a breeding.
