Can a French Bulldog go on long walks (2-3 miles) or short runs (2-3 miles)with ease and enjoyment?

absolutely not. Be very careful about it cause a french bulldog can't walk or run for a too long time. You can't take him with you for running. And if you decide to make a long walk you'll have to take some water and to make pauses very often.

Nope, you'll end up carrying them. I do Agility with my Frenchie's though.
