Puppy had normal scissor bite until two weeks ago; has now developed undershot jaw; is there any chance this will correct itself within the next couple of months?

Jaws change as they grow .Sometimes it could be good or at times not so good .
Sometimes it might be in the pedigree if it has happened in more then one puppy .
