I noticed a very small sore on my dogs back. I've put anticeptict spray on it. The hair around the sore is coming off more & more every day. It's about the size of the bottom of a coke can. location is slightly below right shoulder.

Get in to see the vet as soon as you can. This could be mange, which can be controlled if caught early. I would stop with the spray until you've seen the vet.
