I was wondering it if was normal for this type of loose so much weight that shows the outline of the ribs and spine? THe dog also is throwing up his food and eating it, peeing blood, and not touching his food or water. It's not my dog and keep saying "you might need take him to the doctor." and he says it's all normal.
