Chihuahua puppies usually don't wean completely till 6-8 weeks or later. They can usually start to eat softened or canned food around 4 weeks of age. They probably won't be eating hard dry food till they are closer to 8 weeks.

Our puppies are offered Eukaneuba Puppy food at 4-5 Weeks or as soon as their teeth are comming through. We never feed or offer wet Puppy food. We recomend feeding puppy food untill 12-18 months of age.
