We just recently got a 1 year old chi and he often will cry actual tears. Is that normal?

He's not actually crying his eyes have "water" in them normally...but sometimes in Chihuahuas it spills over the edge of the eye...it's normal. But there could be blockage of the tear duct...you could always say something to the vet the next time you go.
