I am thinking about adding a second chihuahua. I have a one year old female who is well behaved and trained. She is wonderful. I am thinking of getting another puppy. Is this a good idea. My current dog, Lucie is well balanced and socialized. But my husband thinks she is fine just with us. Thank you...Frederica

11/30/08 When there are two, Chihuahuas like to preen each other and clean each others ears and eyes. It is pretty cute to watch! I think they do enjoy the company of another. However it may take your current Chi a while to adjust to not being top dog :) Let us know if you get one!~ Jane
