How big does a toy chihuahua get?..and what is the difference between a toy chihuahua and a regular chihuahua?

ALL chihuahuas are Toys. Do not let anyone tell you different. A chihuahua is a chihuahua! There is NO teacup. The American Kennel Club states this clearly. 2 small adult chihuahuas can produce various size pups. You never know. The past genetics play a big role.
