I just accquired a deerleg chihuahua thinking it was a chihuahua like the one I already had (an apple head). I thought she was cute, but as she grew It has becoome more noticable that her legs are diffinetly long. My question, is she mixed or are deerlegs born from the standard chihuahua?

Never heard the term deer leg. Have heard deer head. When buying a pup you want to take a good look at the parents and grandparents if possible.
Ask a lot of quesitons. Shop around.
