A chihuahua can come into heat as early as 6 months of age. Then again at 8 or 9 months.
I try to wait until the heat cycle heats my
female one year or older. However, sometimes
it just doesn't happen the way I plan.
I had an 11 month old breed on Sunday. Now I will
wait to see if she took or not. But it will be
my first young mother.
