My female boxer is 1yr old and has bled very little and mated with her male partner , will she concieve.

Unfortunately, if she allowed him to tie she was probably very close to ovulation, so she may well conceive. You'll need to have a thorough vet exam to assess her overall health; at her age carrying the litter to term may be a health risk, in which case she should be spayed as soon as possible. A visit to a cardiologist is also a good idea, to be sure there are no underlying heart problems (these cannot be detected by a regular vet visit) - the fluctuating hormones and stress of labor can be fatal if there are.
