My male bullmastiff puppy is ~15weeks old. he hold both of his ears on top of his head, it looks like a bad hair do. Will they correct themselves on their own as he gets older?

You will probably have to tape the ears. If not they will stay that way. Especially if you are showing. Its really easy and all you need is duck tape.
