why are bulldogs not allowed to tie during mating

Most bulldogs must be artificially inseminated because they lack the stamina to mate like regular dogs and the female often has trouble holding up the males weight. Also you should be very careful that any dogs mating naturally do not have any infections that can cause both to be sterile.
