i have a beagle dog he is 13 going on 14 he is over weight doesnt like exercise sleeps most of the time he is very lazy will this lifestyle effect how long he is going to live do i need to make changes to his life to prolong it please reply

Yes
try to manage his food intake, put him on a senior dog food that will help and try to get him out for at least 2 walks per week.
