what would you recomend for constant itching. My 5 year old has front line every month. Please help.

Not all itching is due to fleas. If you are using Frontline every month and a flea combing of your dog reveals no fleas, you should consider having the vet take a look at your dog to determine if he or she may have environmental or food allergies, which are the most likely cause of your dog's itching.
