The same way that you house break a young puppy. You can't let the beagle out of your sight until he or she is trained. I won't lie, it may be difficult, but it can be done. If you have difficulties, consider also using puppy pads. When we have brought our kenneled beagles indoors, they have taken to the puppy pads very easily.
