Is there a problem breeding our male dog he has black spots on his skin I was told we couldent breed him for showing with these spots on skin

Are they black spots or lt brown Bichons do have speckle bellys ..but your bigest thought should be {do I have a dog with health problems in the lines and check what your breeding to always ask for health report on the parents and their parents
