Buyer has the right to return pupppy within 3 days to receive a full refund.
I guarantee that the puppy is free of hereditary defects to the best of my knowledge. Should the puppy be diagnosed with hip dysplasia or PFK prior to its third birthday, I agree to refund the purchase price. Buyer may keep the dog if he/she desires, but must present OFA certification if the complaint is hip dysplasia.
The puppy shall not be bred unless it shall first (1) have been x-rayed and certified clear of hip dysplasia by OFA, (2)have been certified clear of hereditary eye diseases by a veterinarian ophthalmologist (3) have been cleared of the PFK gene (4) nor shall it be bred to a bitch or dog who does not meet these same four conditions.
These are just the hightlights of my contract and guarantee of good health.
