Breeders beware of Paypal

I'm pretty upset. I've used Paypal for my buyers to be able to send reservation deposits safely for many years. A couple of weeks ago a woman changed her mind after reserving a puppy from me. It is clearly marked on my site that the deposit is non refundable. She sent the deposit, I marked the puppy sold on the site, and turned down other customers for him. Then something happened and she changed her mind. Paypal gave her money back without any better excuse than she changed her mind! Cold feet! She emailed me that she had not asked her husband and he didnt want a puppy! I cant imagine buying one and not asking him, but that is what she claimed. Paypal gave her money back and charged me as seller a settlement fee! I have quit offering Paypal since they do not protect the seller, only the buyer. Their seller protection plan is only for stores where there is a hard item which can be shipped within one week. It is not offered for puppies who are reserved ahead of time and need to be weaned, etc. before leaving home. Breeders beware. They can take advantage of us, once again.
