is organized by dog breeds, containing all dog breeds currently
recognized by the American Kennel Club, as well as some breeds
recognized by other registries.
Since QualityDogs.com is US-based and features US Breeders, we
use the American Kennel Club registry as a standard for accepted
breeds. Therefore, when we first introduced the site, the breed
list contained only American Kennel Club breeds and those breeds
recognized by other registries are added on an as-needed basis.
