Thanks for inquiring about our puppies or available dogs! We put alot of time, care and money into our dogs, puppies, and breedings. We only place our puppies with approved homes. Please do not fill out the deposit agreement questions (at the bottom of the application) prior to talking with me! We look forward to hearing from you!

This deposit form is used for people who wish to fill it out online. We do have a Microsoft Word form that we send you via email that you fill out and send in with the deposit. Also we will hold your puppy for 4 business days to give you time to get the deposit to us. After that we will take the hold off of your puppy! If you have questions or troubles please let us know.

By filling out this application/agreement you agree to the following :

A non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to hold the puppy of your choice! It is acceptable to pay the initial deposit in the form of a personal check.

The outstanding balance must be paid in cash or guaranteed funds by the pick up date or by six weeks old if being shipped. We do not accept checks for final payment for any reason. This is not a reflection on you, it is to protect us from those who are not so honest.

It is mutually agreed by both parties that the puppy may be picked up no sooner than 7 weeks. Puppies being shipped will be held until 8 weeks of age.

There is an additional charge of $300.00 is required to ship your puppy. This will cover shipping, health certificate, vet check, and the crate that you keep.

There are no refunds on deposits. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase. If a puppy is not available in the gender you prefer, we will gladly apply this deposit to a puppy in the future litter.

Seller reserves the right to void this transaction. By all means we would return the deposit if something were to happen to the puppy prior to going to your home.
