* Do you have children? If yes, what are their ages? Has there ever been any problems with any of your children and animals? If yes, please explain.

* Have you ever owned a Siberian Husky before? If not, have you researched the breed? Are you familiar with the socialization needs of a Siberian Husky and are sure you can meet these needs?

* Do you have other pets? If yes, what kind, how old, what sex and are they spayed or neutered?

* What are your reasons for wanting a Siberian Husky? (Show dog, pet, obedience, sled racing, agility....etc.)

* We require all pet puppies to be spayed or neutered. Do you have any problems with signing a contract stating you agree to have your dog spayed or neutered? If yes, what is your reason?

* We, as breeders, strive to breed Siberian Huskies to be physically and mentally sound. This does not mean that all of our dogs are perfect. If a problem arises, we want to be contacted immediately with full details, whether the problem is genetic or otherwise. Will this be a problem? If yes, why?
