4. No one can guarantee genetics, but the Breeder guarantees that if your Doberman should die prematurely (before the age of 18 mo) from a genetically caused problem documented by your vet, the Breeder will give you another puppy from the next available litter – the only cost will be to pay the cost of ear cropping and shipping if the puppy cannot be picked up. (Registered dogs only)

5. Puppies sold as show quality prospects are not guaranteed to finish AKC / UKC breed championships. It is up to the buyer to train puppy said puppy as required, hire a trainer, hire a handler, pay all entry fees, cover all show expenses necessary, and attend as many shows as possible within the first 3 years of puppy’s life. (No less than 30 AKC shows or unless finished sooner) Print show results from infodog as proof of dog being shown.

Show quality puppies are sold on a co-ownership basis for the life of the dog. Rights to breed bitches or stud the dog and/or ask for puppy back from litter, are at the discretion of the breeder. Buyer must have all male studs or bitches approved prior to breeding to keep the integrity of the bloodline on co-owned dogs. 6. Buyer is required to take the Doberman to a licensed veterinarian within 5 days after taking possession, for a post-purchase general health examination by their own veterinarian. If during this health exam the Doberman is found to have infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper (internal, external parasites, and kennel cough excluded) the Buyer must return the Doberman with the Veterinarian’s written certification as to the health problem. The breeder then agrees to refund the full purchase price upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and registration papers must be returned to the breeder. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred.

7. Ear crops, docked tails, and dew claw removal are considered cosmetic and aesthetic and are not guaranteed by the breeder.

FURTHER, Breeder will not provide a refund or exchange for any Doberman which was injured or became sick after leaving the Breeders premises. It is recommend use it as a single treatment should your Doberman get fleas, but is strongly advised AGAINST using it as a monthly maintenance treatment. Ear posting is required for dogs that are cropped and must be maintained until ear stands properly on its own. This can take upwards of 6-9 months or longer and is the responsibility of the owner / co-owner of the dog.

FURTHER, Breeder requires that a puppy sold on limited registration be spayed or neutered at or around the age of 1 year old. It is not recommended to alter said via pediatric spay/neuter due to possible health problems from early alteration. Dogs that are sold as companion animals are NOTallowed to be bred and are sold on limited registry or with papers withheld. Limited registration precludes Buyer from showing Puppy in conformation breed shows and from registering any litters produced or sired by the Doberman. Limited registration does entitle Buyer to register the Doberman with AKC and attend sanctioned obedience, agility, rally, and freestyle events. If said puppy on limited registration is bred, damages in the amount of $2,000 will be owed to the breeder. It is at the breeders discretion to withhold AKC registration papers until proof of spay/neuter has been completed.
