Full payment must be made before the terrier leaves Seller’s possession. Should balance due is not received on or before agreed upon date, the terrier shall be available for resale. The Buyer will be charged a $35. FEE should check be returned for non-sufficient funds.
Seller has taken every opportunity to provide a quality, health puppy. The dam of this puppy has had all vaccinations and has been dewormed on a regular basis. This puppy has been dewormed and has had the following shots: SEE MEDICAL RECORD OR HISTORY PROVIDED.
HEALTH CERTIFICATION:
To the best of the Seller’s knowledge, the terrier is free of signs or symptoms of disease or congenital defects as of the date terrier leaves Seller. Buyer agrees to have the terrier examined by his/her veterinarian within 5 working days from the time the terrier leaves. Seller shall notify Buyer immediately if any medical problem is found. In the event a medical problem is found, immediate notification of the problem must be made by Buyer, as well in writing signed by licensed veterinarian. The Seller will not be responsible under any circumstances for any Veterinary (or other) bill incurred by the Buyer. All transportation charges are to be paid by BUYER, including those incurred if terrier is returned.
The TERRIER is guaranteed against any genetic or inherited diseases for one year from the dog’s date of birth. In the event a genetic disease is found, the BUYER shall supply the SELLER with a signed veterinarian certificate and can return the puppy for a full refund or can exchange the TERRIER for another puppy in a future litter.
RETURN PRIVILEGE:
This terrier may be returned (all transportation charges to paid by Buyer) in the same condition as it was when left Seller, for a refund of purchase price upon the following terms and conditions:
1. Within two weeks from date terrier leaves SELLER, if terrier is found to have genetic or serious medical problem upon examination and documented by BUYER’S veterinarian: or personality disorder severe enough to impair said terrier’s mental or physical health in the BUYER’S environment. If this is not reported within two weeks, the Return Privilege is Null and Void.

REGISTRATION CERTIFICATION:
This terrier is being sold and represented by SELLER as breeding stock and SELLER hereby guarantees that this terrier can be registered at one year of age with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the United Kennel Club (UKC).
SELLER will refund to BUYER, half the purchase price, for compensation of change in terrier status from representation by SELLER as registerable breeding stock, to current status as a pet: refund will be returned upon proof of sterilization by signed copy of certified veterinarian’s invoice. However the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing of the unregisterable condition, and include a Veterinarian Certificate dated and signed by licensed veterinarian within 14 days after the terrier turns one year of age, or this guarantee becomes null and void. SELLER encourages BUYER to perform genetic testing ( BAER, CERF, PL, PLL,ETC ) prior to registration. SELLER reserves the right to examine any of the following listed documentation above if terrier is purchased with the intent to breed.
3. Other Terms and / or Breeding Rights of SELLER:
“Jacks or Better” Prefix Requirement:
Buyer must use kennel name Prefix “Jacks or Better” when exhibiting, registering, or recording this terrier.
The BUYER agrees not to place the terrier with any Animal Control or Humane Society Facility should the BUYER find that he / she cannot keep or doesn’t want the terrier for any reason during its lifetime. The SELLER will take terrier back and place in a new home or with an Official Russell Rescue participant. Said terrier is not up for resell.
By signing below, both parties are bound by this contract agreement.
