Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

We require a puppy contract on all of our puppies. Puppies may be sold on limited or full registration. Limited registration requires that the puppy be spayed or neutered. If this is not fulfilled, there are other requirements in the contract (copy of contract available on request), such as our right to take back the puppy and recover all monies earned if the dog is bred. Full registration allows the new owner breeding rights to the puppy at an appropriate age, but the puppy may only be registered by AKC unless written permission is granted by us for other registries. Because we breed for show and therapy dogs, our handler evaluates our puppies to determine which ones will be eligible for full registration.
