HOWLn WIND WARRANTY
WORMING AND VACCINES:
1. HOWLn WIND has provided the buyer with a worming/shot record
2. HOWLn WIND believes that to our knowledge, these pups are in good health at the time of
Purchase .Parasites are not included because parasites can be picked up virtually anywhere
Especially during travel we assume no responsibility for any parasites what so ever: Nor do we
Take responsibility for any illness or death caused by any parasites.
3. Should pup(s) need to be returned to HOWLn WIND, buyer is responsible for delivery/pickup of pups. HOWLN WIND will not be responsible for and under no circumstances what so ever pay for any vet bills, food, medication, destruction of property etc.....
3. If the said puppy is euthanized or dies buyer must do an autopsy at buyer cost to prove what pup died of. HOWLn WIND is not reliable for any costs that accrue.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
1. HOWLn WIND will give a TWO year genetic guarantee health against only the following: thyroid, seizures, and hip, juvenile cataracts disorders. In the event one is diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian of any of the above, buyer can exercise this specific warranty by undertaking the following:
1. Written notice of diagnosis by Certified mail within 5 days of diagnosis:
2. Presentation of all vet records for the said puppy from date of placement to date of Diagnosis
3. Review by HOWLn WIND veterinarian
4. Verification of the diagnosis by HOWLn WIND veterinarian if diagnosis is made:
A. Buyer can return pup(s) for full refund
Refund will be paid within 60 days of buyer notice from vet.
B: Can keep pup(s) and get half of the purchase price back of pup
Buyer must send certified letter stating of keeping pup(s)
C. Buyer can return pup for another pup(s) of same gender
If the pup(s) within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian, to have a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medications, a placement puppy will be given(out of first available litter of same value). Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must by provided to HOWLn WIND within five business days. Letter must be sent certified to:

Not included in the warranty:
A, Parasites (Giardia, Coccidia, Worms)
B: Viruses
C: Provo, distemper
D. Bacteria infection (yeast, urine, hot spots)
E. Fleas, mites
Pup(s) can pick up in travels HOWLn WIND is not responsible for any vet bills, x-rays ,travel
time, medication or anything else done to pup(s) diagnoses .
3. If buyer refuses to return said pup. Buyer must send a certified letter within five days stating they are keeping the pup. If buyer does not send certified letter within the five days or at all. The Buyer contact becomes null and void against any health and genetic health guarantee.
This Contract and warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. The buyer agrees that all solicitations and acts of contract agreement have occurred in the state of Wisconsin. If buyer wishes to file a claim in court, buyer must file in the state of Wisconsin in the county of Fond du Lac. Buyer will be responsible for court cost and legal fees of themselves and HOWLn WIND.
