1 The owner(s) agrees to take responsibility for all maintenance and care of said puppy. This includes Food, Medical care, Housing and Obedience Training.
2 The Said puppy is guaranteed healthy at time of sale. The owner agrees to take said puppy to veterinarian within 72 hours of this sale. Upon examination if the Veterinarian diagnosis any unhealthy condition (with the exception of worms or parasites). Upon mutual diagnosis with breeders veterinarian said puppy will be replaced with puppy of equal value as soon as one is available, upon return of said puppy and papers to HOWL’n WIND.
3 The Breeder of said puppy agrees to become a resource person to the owners, helping with advice when needed.

4 If at ant time owner(s) wish to dispose of said puppy(divorce, moving,ect.) The said puppy is to be returned to HOWL’n WIND. Along with registration and medical background. MONIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
5 The said puppy is sold as a genetically sound family companion. The owner(s) agree to SPAY/NEUTER at 5 months to 6 months of age with Veterinarian advisement. Sending proof to HOWL’n WIND. NO BREEDING OR STUD SERVICE WITH SAID PUPPY IS TO OCCURE.
6 Due to the number of dogs being stolen or lost it is recommended that a micro-chip be inserted by your veterinarian at your first vet visit.
7 If said puppy is lost stolen or deceased, notify HOWL’n WIND immediately.
Amendment: __Denise will send you by certified mail AKC Limited Registration form and Genetic Pedigree.
