Collies are a relatively healthy breed of dog, but they do have specific health issues, like every breed. We test our dogs for everything we can, but there is no perfect dog, and we are deeply committed to responding in an ethical manner if any of our puppies ever has a genetic health problem.
A puppy purchased from Romany Collies may be returned for two weeks for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs.
We have done our best to ensure the genetic health of your puppy. However, we do offer a five-year guarantee against serious genetic diseases and conditions. If your puppy develops a serious genetic disease or condition during his first five years of life, please let us know immediately, and we will either refund the purchase price of your puppy; provide a replacement puppy; or help with the costs of treatment (up to the purchase price of the puppy). Which of these options we choose will depend on the severity of the condition and on how you want to handle the situation. We do not require that you return your puppy to us in order to receive a refund, but we will always take your puppy back if you feel that you can no longer care for him.
