Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

If the Buyer finds they can not take care of the dog for any reason as time goes on, they must contact Toypomz Pomeranians to arrange new placement of the dog/puppy. At no time shall the dog ever be surrendered to a shelter or humane society, unless the buyer and members of the buyers family are deceased.The buyer agrees to have a "pet" quality dog spayed or neutered before the first year of life. This will appear as a limited registration on the AKC papers. The puppy can still enter events other than Conformation. A veterinarian verification must be sent to the seller or entire contract becomes null and void.
