We offer 2 different health guarantees, Both cover genetics for 2 years. One is for those wanting a pet only and are planning on spaying/neutering their pet and the other is for show/breeding potentials.
FULL REGISTRATION CONTRACT
We are now asking for anyone who purcahsed a
Full registered AKC puppy to please add the initals
BRD's to the begining of the AKC reg name.

The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time
of pick up or delivery. Replacement puppy will made
(with the next available litter. Same sex only as listed above)
only if entire requirements are as followed. Under no
circumstances are refunds made.
1. The puppy must be examined by a practicing
licensed Vet within 48 hrs of purchase date.
2. If the puppy dies you must have followed your
Vet’s advice and have a necropsy performed
(at buyer’s expense by your state lab and provide
seller copy of report.
3. Seller doesn’t guarantee against hypoglycemia
or any other common problems such as diarrhea,
wormy stool, coccidiosis, earmites, external
parasites, stress due to shipping, or new home.
Other minor problems are not covered under this
guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole
responsbility of the buyer.
5. No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality,
or fertility.
6. All show prospects are sold as potential winners only.
7. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other
infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, & stress
due to shipping. They are vulnerable to viral infection
including: Parvo and Corona Viruses. Any & all the
above mentioned minor & major need to be checked
by your D.V.M. if they occur and D.V.M.’s advice
for treatment should be followed.
æ. Completing the puppy’s infant vaccination series and
annual boosters are required. Must be able to
provide veterinarian documentation.
9. Seller will not be responsible for accidents that happen
after pup leaves seller or after shipped by plane.
10. Minor health problems that can be cured by
medication/surgery are not covered by any guarantee.
11. Seller is responsible for genetic defects until 2 year
of age.
12. Buyer agrees to keep puppy isolated from other animals until
series of shots is completed in order to avoid contagious diseases.
Buyer agrees that this puppy has no known health problems
13. IF AT ANY POINT IN TIME THE BUYER CAN NO
LONGER TAKE CARE OF THE ANIMAL BEFORE
PLACING IT IN ANYONE ELSE CARE AMY OJEDA
WILL BE NOTIFIED WITH A RESPONSE BACK TO
LET HER KNOW OF THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP.
AMY OJEDA WILL GET FIRST OPTION BACK AT NO
COST TO HER TO TAKE OVER OWNERSHIP OF THE
ANIMAL. THIS WILL HELP ENSURE THAT THE
ANIMAL IS NOT PLACED IN A RESCUE OR ANIMAL
SHELTER.
14. Buyer agrees to keep puppy isolated from other animals until series of
shots is completed in order to avoid contagious diseases. Buyer agrees
that this puppy has no known health problems
15. Buyer agrees that if buying a female puppy, said dog will not be bred prior
to 18 months of age, males puppies will not be bred prior to 12 months of age.
16. All legal matters will be handle in Seminole County.

There is no oral representation or warranties not contained
herein. This contract of sale contains the entire
agreement between the parties. All implied guarantees are hereby
excluded.

7 MONTHS OF AGE. IF NOT THE BUYER WILL
RELINQUISH ALL PAPERWORK AND OWNERSHIP
OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PUPPY BACK TO AMY
OJEDA. BUYER WILL ALSO PAY ANY EXPENSE
THAT ARE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF GETTING
THE PUPPY BACK TO AMY OJEDA (EXAMPLES
ARE AIRFARE & CRATE, HEALTH CERTIFICATE
OR GAS MONEY). AFTER PROOF OF THE
STERILIZATION OF THE SAID PUPPY AMY
OJEDA WILL MAIL OFF THE AKC
REGISTRATION PAPERS.
