GrannysGrandPuppies One Year Health Guarantee: Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. At the expense of the buyer, the buyer agrees to have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy within 3 days of purchase date to validate Health Guarantee. The buyer also agrees to complete the veterinarian recommended shot series and worming program including yearly vaccinations and heart worm prevention. Should this puppy be found to be in ill health or having any genetic defect or problem, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the puppy may, upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian being provided to the Seller, be returned to the Seller within two years of Date of Purchase. The Seller reserves the right to have the puppy reexamined by a veterinarian of the Seller’s choosing. Upon concurring written diagnosis by both veterinarians the Seller will refund full purchase price or replace with another puppy of equal value as agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded and no shipping charges will be paid by the Seller for return or replacement puppy.
