I, Lucky Person, agree to purchase A Great GrandPuppy AKC AKC Number later to be called, A Super New Name, a Female (or male your choice) German Shepherd Puppy sired by Captain Tripp AKC DN02663307, out of A Great Mommy, Mommy's AKC #, born On A Very Special Day from Ophelia M. Klutts for $Price. Seller accepts full payment of $Price in cash (or Money Order or PayPal) on A Very Special Day.
One Year Health Guarantee: Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. At the expense of the buyer, the buyer agrees to have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy within 3 days of purchase date to validate Health Guarantee. The buyer also agrees to complete the veterinarian recommended shot series and worming program including yearly vaccinations and heart worm prevention. Should this puppy be found to be in ill health or having any genetic defect or problem, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the puppy may, upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian being provided to the Seller, be returned to the Seller within two years of Date of Purchase. The Seller reserves the right to have the puppy reexamined by a veterinarian of the Seller’s choosing. Upon concurring written diagnosis by both veterinarians the Seller will refund full purchase price or replace with another puppy of equal value as agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded and no shipping charges will be paid by the Seller for return or replacement puppy.
Buyer agrees that if for any reason they are no longer able to provide a safe happy home for their GrandPuppy, they will return the GrandPuppy, no matter how young or old, to Granny Ophelia. No refunds or shipping costs can be paid by Granny.
Buyer releases Seller, Ophelia M. Klutts, and her estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this puppy after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people.
This contract is made out in duplicate: The Seller and the Buyer each to receive one signed copy.
