HEALTH GUARANTEE
MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT FULLY BEFORE SIGNING. ANY MONEY PUT TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A PUPPY IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received all proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer has been informed of these and future vaccines needed.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyer agrees to bring puppy to his/her licensed veterinarian with in 48 hours of ownership. Buyer agrees to send a copy of vet. Check as soon as the check is done. Or contract is void. Puppies that are shipped are at risk for coccidian and kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its cores. I do not cover any cold or ammonia due to shipping. Buyer agrees to provide puppy with all preventive care and follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deforming and any other healthcare maintenance the veterinarian may suggest.
Buyer is also responsible for all shipping cost and that is subject to change due to any increase the shippers make.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. No refund, in part or in full will be given. Buyer is responsible for shipping back if problems come up with health.
The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee fitness for breeding.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors examples: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demdectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Hip dispalsa is also not covered due to it can also be caused by environmental factors.
This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed we consider normal: cherry eye, loose” hips, entopiion or skin allergies.
Papers are available after new owner provides breeder with a certificate of health check from a licensed veterinarian that states puppy is healthy.
This guarantee applies to the original buyers and is non-transferable to a second party.
Any puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect before 6 months these steps must be followed:
Puppy must show defect by 1 year of age breeder must be notified in writhing with a report form buyers veterinarian at the onset of problem. Report must be received by breeder with in three days. Breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he/she feels this is a congenital defect the puppy will need to be sent back to breeder and be examined by our veterinarian. If veterinarian concurs than a replacement puppy will be given.
TIS PUPPY IS SOLD UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF WEBSTER AND THE STATE OF MISOURI. THIS CONTRACT IS BINDING AND PROCEEDS ALL OTHER CONTRACTS AND LAWS.
