SALES CONTRACT
I have 2 days after the purchase date to take this puppy to the Vet of my choice for a full examination to be health checked. If I choose not to take the puppy to the vet I forfeit all rights to a guarantee.
Every puppy has been treated on a 2,4,6 week schedule against worms and coccidia using Strongid and Marquis as well as having received a shot of NeoPar at 5 weeks, a Combination shot at 6 weeks of age.
Ear mites, worms and coccidia are not serious health problems if treated immediately and are not covered under our health guarantee.
Hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar) is a serious health problem but is excluded from this guarantee as it is generally caused by to much activity and/or to little food and is within your control.
Guarantee
A written statement on your vet’s letterhead explaining the life threatening problem is required. This letter will be reviewed by our Vet and if he concurs a replacement puppy of equal or greater value will be given. If one is not available at that time, the first available puppy from the next litter will be given.
Examination
I’ve watched this puppy run around and am satisfied that there are no apparent injuries.
Vet Bills
We are not responsible for any vet bills once the puppy is in your care.
Size
Classy Companion Poodles has kept a weight chart from birth on every puppy and using a size chart has estimated it’s size according to this information. In addition to this we have taken into account the parents size and the sizes of grandparents when available to us in estimating the size as well.
We cannot guarantee the size, weight, or color of a puppy because genetics is beyond our control. While every attempt has been made to give you a proper estimate.
Acceptance
I have read and understand the above contract and understand I must take this puppy for a vet exam with in 2 business days for the guarantee to be in effect.
