Dewar’s Big Sky Aussies, James and Peggy Dewar, 3868 Valley Drive, Helena, Montana. Phone (406) 422 – 7582. Does guarantee the dog’s hips to OFA Excellent, Good or Fair at two years of age. If the dog (female) is bred or has puppies before two years of age, all guarantees are null and void.
For companion/non breeding potential pups - Buyer agrees to not breed this bitch/dog and will have pup spayed/neutered no later than 9 months of age.
For breeding potential pups - If after reaching the age of two years the dog is deemed to have any defect by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (hips) or by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (eyes), and a copy of the report is furnished stating the defect, and a Veterinarian certificate stating that the dog has been neutered is provided, the dog will be replaced. Same sex, and similar color, within a period of eighteen months, or as soon as the breeder is able to present a replacement dog of equal quality. Shipping of the replacement dog will be at the new owner’s expense. The same guarantees will apply to the replacement dog.
The new owners Do guarantee to Dewar’s Big Sky Aussies, that they will provide the dog with a good and loving home, and further guarantee that the new dog will not be used for breeding until such time as the dog has reached the age of two years and has passed all health checks described above. The new owners also guarantee that the dog (female) will not intentionally be bred more than once a year, or every other heat cycle. The new owners also agree that Dewar’s Big Sky Aussies will precede the name selected by them in the registered name of the dog. The price of the dog is set by Dewar’s Big Sky Aussies at $ ____________ and agreed to by the new owners. Shipping and crate will be at the new owner expense.
Full AKC and ASCA registration papers will be provided by Dewar’s Big Sky Aussies to the new owners within a period of 60 days, sire and dam’s registration papers, and OFA certificates.
