Breeder Guarantees:
1. The puppy is purebred and is/will be eligible for registry with American
Kennel Club (AKC). Limited AKC Registration
2. The puppy is healthy at the time of adoption and has been examined by a
licensed veterinarian.
3. The puppy is guaranteed until its first birthday for any life threatening congenital defects.
If any life threatening congenital defects become apparent
with in the year, the breeder will replace the puppy with another
puppy of equal quality as soon as one becomes available.
4. If the puppy dies from a suspected congenital defect before it's first
birthday, an autopsy must be performed at buyer's expense and cause
of death verified by a veterinarian in writing, before a replacement puppy
will be provided.
Buyer Agrees:
1. The puppy is being sold as a pet on a AKC restricted/limited registration;
the puppy is not for breeding or showing, a compaion pet only. It is to be
spayed/neutered, at about six months of age, or all guarantees and refunds will be void.
2. The costs for transferring/registering the puppy with AKC are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Buyer agrees to have annual checkups, keep all immunizations current.
4. This agreement does not cover minor illness that can easily be treated,
(e.g. parasites, hernia, ear infection) nor does it cover illness caused by trauma or negligence of the new owner, (e.g. poisoning, dehydration, injury, or infection).
5. If for any reason, the buyer is unable to keep the puppy during any time
in its life, the breeder will be contacted and has the right of first refusal,
or will offer assistance in finding a new home. Under no circumstances is the
puppy to be taken to Animal Control (dog pound), or the Humane Society,
