is contract applies to the original Bella Cane Corso purchased along with original buyer only and is nontransferable to a second or third party. No replacement puppy will be given if Puppy has been bred, neutered or spayed outside of the limitations of this contract. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from Seller's residence on original and replacement puppy.
Terms and Condition: A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the pup until eight weeks of age when the balance is required. All final payments to Bella Corsos are to be made by Certified Check, Money Order or Cash only. No personal checks are accepted for the final payment. If the balance has not been paid by the end of the eighth week from the pup’s date of birth, the pup will be sold to another interested buyer and the deposit will be placed for the next available litter. Pups will be ready for their new homes on the 8th week if picked up and will be ready at 9 weeks if they are going to be shipped-Any amount of time after this timeline the buyer will be charged ten (10) dollars a day for food and maintenance of the pup. All deposit’s and payments made to Bella Corso are non-refundable. If for whatever reason there becomes a problem with the shipping process or the Corso’s health, the customer abiding by this contract will have to wait to the next available litter.
SELLER'S REPRESENTATIONS
-As of the date of this agreement, Puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases.
-Buyer has 72 hours in which to have Puppy examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect Puppy. Buyer may return Puppy to Seller for a full refund for any reason within this period, providing Buyer agrees to pay all return transportation costs.....
