We require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy pick. If the puppy that you are giving a deposit on is not available, you must wait until we have our next available litter to choose another puppy. We will move your deposit to our next litter. If something should happen to your puppy in our care, (which has never happened before) you would need to wait until our next available litter to choose another puppy. There are no cash refunds at any time.
Your puppy needs to be paid for in full before your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. If your puppy needs to be shipped, your puppy plus all shipping costs needs to be paid for before your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. Shipping cost is 345.00.
Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks old. Your puppy must be picked up by 9 weeks old, if not you will be charged $5.00 a day for boarding costs. If your puppy is not picked up by the time it reaches 10 weeks old, you lose the puppy and lose all funds paid. If your puppy is flying, your puppy will be flown at 8 weeks old, weather permitting. If your puppy has to fly and weather is not allowing us, you do not have to pay additional kennel costs. We will simply fly the puppy as soon as the weather permits.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against life threatening genetic defects. If there should be a valid, verifiable claim from a licensed veterinarian, of a life threatening genetic defect, or if there was a death due to the life threatening genetic defect, you will receive a replacement puppy of the same sex and color as soon as one is available. After we receive all of the official veterinarian reports, we will then evaluate the claim. If we feel the claim is valid, we would then replace that puppy with another puppy of the same sex and color, as soon as another puppy becomes available. If a replacement puppy is offered, and not taken, the claim is then void. There will be no Cash refunds at any time.
If the dog has been used for breeding prior or during the claim, the claim will then be void.

We will replace a puppy on valid verifiable claim only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges or transport cost on the replacement puppy. The buyer is also responsible for all vet bills associated with their puppy. We the seller are not responsible for any of your vet bills regarding your puppy.
In addition, we also guarantee the puppy against Severe Hip Dysplasia for the first year; this excludes any accidents or trauma that your dog has received since the time of purchase. A preliminary X-ray would need to be taken on your dog at one year old. If the report reads a rating of Severe hip dysplasia, from the OFA, we will replace the dog with a replacement puppy when puppies are available of the same sex and color. We would need to have a copy of the diagnostic evaluation and a copy of the X-Ray from the veterinarian prior to replacement. We would also have to receive a rating from the OFA . And again, we will replace a puppy on a valid verifiable claim only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges or transport cost on the replacement puppy. Again, if the dog has been used for breeding prior or during the claim, the claim will then be void. There will be no Cash refunds at any time. If we offer you a replacement puppy, and the puppy is not taken then the claim is then void.
We are currently unable to take back any puppy sold, due to the possibility of the puppy bringing in an infectious parasites, ect. If at any time you are unable to keep your puppy, let us know and we can try to help you find another suitable home for your puppy.
Your puppy has received all up to date vaccinations. Your puppy has also received their preventative dewormers. You will be supplied with a health/shot record for your puppy. Your puppy will need at least three more vet visits to finish all puppy shots and dewormings within the first 4 months.
We encourage and recommend that you the buyer keep your puppy/dog on the highest quality food possible and regularly exercise your dog. Keep the dog fit and lean. Your puppy will be on Costco brand “Kirkland signature, super premium, chicken, rice, and vegetable formula, puppy chow”. If you do need to switch the puppy food, do it slowly. We require you to use only a comparable suitable premium puppy chow. Your malamute will require puppy chow for two years unlike other breeds. If your puppy is not fed a quality puppy formula, your contract will be void. They need a quality brand puppy chow for their hips and bones to develop correctly. Receipts of dog food will be required for all claims regarding dysplasia.
Also, make sure your dog is up to date on all Vaccinations and Dewormings and clear of internal and external parasitic infestation at all times. Your puppy will need to continue their puppy shots from your vet. If your puppy is not given all of their shots and dewormers at the appropriate time, as advised by your vet, this contract will be void. A puppy will need shots at 6,9,12, and 16 weeks old. We will give the first 6-week shot, and the 9-week shot if applicable.

You do not have permission to breed this dog you have purchased from Howl at the Moon Malamutes. All of our puppies sold are with limited registration. Which means no breeding rights. Your puppy will be sold with limited registration with either the AKC or the ACA. If you would happen to breed your dog, you CANNOT register your dog or the puppies with ANY OTHER dog registry either. Breeding your dog and registering the puppies under ANY dog registry will void this contract and you will VOLUNTARILY pay 20,000.00 dollars in damages, paid to Howl at the Moon Malamutes. You will also pay all court costs associated with this matter. We just simply want you to fully understand that this dog cannot be breed for any reason. We will take full legal action if you decide to do so or if you claim it was an “accident”. Please have your puppy spayed or neutered to prevent this from happing. Your puppy should be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age or this contract is VOID.
We cannot guarantee the color, height, weight, or hair length of any of our puppies/dogs. We also cannot guarantee your puppy against Cryptorchidism. (this is where only one or neither testicles descend, it is common in purebreds.) This will not prevent you from neutering your male puppy.
* We will mail you a copy of our puppy contract, you will need to sign the contract and mail
or e-mail the contract back to us within 10 days of receiving this contract.
* If for some reason we do not have a signed contract from you, your contract will be void.
We PREFER to have a signed copy of this contract from you.
* Seller(s) is not responsible for any expenses pertaining to the above named puppy, including shipping costs or veterinarian costs.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND AGREE TO THE SELLER'S SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE.
Signature of this contract also implies permission for the seller to receive any and all veterinarian records from the buyers veterinarian regarding the above named puppy.
