The health guarantee shown is posted by this member. Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and free from disease on the date of delivery to Buyer. Buyer's veterinarian must examine the puppy within 48 hours of physical possession of the puppy. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy, unfit, or deformed it may be returned to Seller for a full refund. For refund, Buyer's must return puppy to Seller within 72 hours of examination. A signed statement of the puppy's condition, from a licensed veterinarian, must accompany the returned puppy. Seller's veterinarian must either examine the puppy to confirm the diagnoses or review medical records from Buyer's veterinarian. Seller shall not be held responsible for Buyer veterinarian bills.
