When you have your new puppy examined by a veterinarian. If in his/her professional opinion there is a congenital defect in the puppy, you will receive a full refund if you return the puppy. If a congenital defect appears within one year from date of sale, a new puppy will be issued. A signed letter and description is required from the examining veterinarian.
Your puppy has had his first (or more) vaccination, one vaccine does not make your puppy completely immune to this deadly disease. For the sake of your puppy, please do not put them at great risk by over exposing them to too many new places all at once. Until your series of vaccines is complete, I highly recommend staying home with your puppy.
