Bully Breeds, LLC.
1. Buyer has had 72 hours to have the dog examined by a
Veterinarian and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims
Must be made in writing within those 72 hours. Buyer is
completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims
regarding the said dog’s conformation and outward
appearance.
2. Buyer agrees said dog will be registered under the
kennel name of the seller and cannot be changed
3. Purchase receipt and litter registration papers
Will be given at time of purchase. If litter papers
are not available at time of sale they will be sent by certified mail when received from registry.
4. As of the date of this agreement, said dog is in
good health and free of communicable diseases.
5. Should the dog be determined to be ill health
the cause of which is clearly attributed to the seller,
the dog may, upon presentation of a written diagnosis
from said veterinarian, be returned for refund of purchase
price or for another dog of equal value, the choice of
which is determined by the seller.
6. Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be subject
to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller.
The diagnosis shall be presented
to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon
by the seller and the buyer.
7. I do not guarantee that this pup will OFA at two (2) years of age;
but I will replace the pup if it suffers from crippling hip dysphasia and cannot get around by the age of one (1) year of age. The seller must be notified immediately and will provide instructions.
8. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the dog pertaining to injury or damage to persons or property once the dog leaves the sellers premises.
9. In the event decided to sell the dog seller must be given first option to purchase.
10. No cash refunds, limited to replacement of animal only. Seller's maximum responsibility is limited to the replacement of the dog. Any subsequent expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
11. Buyer agrees and binds himself at his own expense to take good care of the dog. Feed and house the dog properly to avoid loss by theft, or stray or otherwise and will give the best attention to the physical welfare of the dog.
