Contract
1. This contract sets out the agreement made by the seller to the buyer as to the
conditions for a puppy who was whelped ________.The sire being ______
and dam __________.
2. The puppy is being sold as a companion.
3. I have sent a five generations of the grandparents behind this female with
hip scores.
4. This puppy is NOT to be registered in any Dog Registry for the intent
purpose to breed this dog. (IF DOG IS EVER BRED WITHOUT THE
APPROVAL OF THE BREEDERS OF THIS DOG, THE DOG WILL BE
AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN BACK WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF MONIES)
5. The purchaser agrees to vaccinate according to the material that I have sent and making a good judgment for the best interest of this baby and in agreement with your veterinarian practices search until you find the best and open minded vet,
and administer heartworm preventive every other month, plus attend to any medical conditions promptly. Not taking proper care or neglecting our dog, we will be able to obtain our dog back without any recourse or refund. This constitutes that our dog is to be kept indoors and not ever tied outside. You are to have proper fencing as well.
6. Our puppy will be well exercised and kept in good physical condition and not be
kept overweight or underweight . This will void any contract guaranteed that we may have on this puppy or refund.
7. If you have a female she will be spayed sometime between 9-12 months preferably the latter.
8. She is being spayed for the safety of not getting pregnant by a stray. Males before
2 years not before 1 yr.
9. Buyers agree to register the puppy for an obedience class by the time the puppy
is at least 16 weeks and not after 6 months this is not an option.
10. If you are ever unable to keep your puppy they will be returned to the
breeder (Teri Kuklica).
11. We prefer that our puppies are exercised in water at shoulder height the first
18 months or free play, we stress that we do not want our puppy on forced
runs or long distance walks until after 2 years.
12. Nutrition is the key we highly encourage you to read some material on the

13. This puppy is being sold as a companion, you are to have a fence to protect your
companion they are not to be chained or kept in a small fencing for any long periods of time, they are also to be kept indoor as a family member.
14. Refunds are at the discretion of the breeder on an individual bases.
15. Due to the misrepresentation of some interested buyers we are now asking to
please include the name of your veterinarian for our records, our main concern
is the safety of our babies to ensure that the proper intent of purchase is for
family companions. The popularity of this breed/color has increased the interest
of some individuals who are not concerned for what is best for our breed, for
that reason we are having to go to a further length to protect our babies. Thank

CO-OWNERSHIP
Any of our goldens who are to be in our breeding program will only
go out on a co ownership with Teri Kuklica........................................

We want to protect the integrity of our breeding program and are
very select as to who are goldens are bred to for the improvement of this
wonderful breed. NO EXCEPTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. This puppy is born from Dam and the sire being _____________.
2. The above written policies for this puppy is to be as followed in lines 1.,3.,4.,5.,6.,9.,10.,11.,12.14,15 and also he/she is to be given back to the breeder if you are at anytime unable to keep them. The dog will not be allowed to be
sold to a broker.
3. If She/He is to be used in our breeding program the following test have to be
obtained. Health Clearances will have to be done, this included her
Hip Clearances British Veterinary Assoc. 1yr., or Ontario Veterinary
College 18months, Orthopedic Foundation Animals 2 years, Heart clearance,
Eye Clearance. Where they live, owner will except the cost of clearances.
4. This puppy is going to be owned by Teri Kuklica and __________ but kept as your companion, we prefer if a female is to be used for at least 2 litters in her lifetime.. Males are to be used only to females that we approve (Teri Kuklica ) stud fee will be discussed by both parties. All pups produced by this particular combination (said pup being sold) and who is in our breeding program the puppies will be on limited registration unless otherwise approved by myself and again I will be listed as co owner on any progeny who is to be kept to continue our lines.
5. We prefer that at this time due to the new virus that has just been documented
across the U.S. and Canada that we have to take precaution. At this time please
when going to the vet you keep your puppy up in your arms and not allowed
on the floor getting other germs. Also, do not go to dog parks, dog shows, dog
events until there is more known of this new disease and take precaution when
ever possible.
6. This dog is to never cross breed to any other breed. This will result in our dog being taken back and returned to the breeder (Teri Kuklica).
7. Our dogs are to be kept indoors and loved as one of your family members. Under
no circumstances will any of our goldens be chained or kept in a small out door fence for any length of time without the free run of a nice size yard with proper fencing for their safety.
8. All pups will be sold under our kennel to insure that buyers have security of a kennel that will be there for the life of their new companion. All pups go out on limited unless I approve otherwise. We have tried to build a respectable breeding program and I like to keep up with any companions that are resulted from our breeding program.
9. If at either breeding you would like a puppy for your personal reasons something can be worked out as compensation.
10. Because of clients like yourselves our dogs are in happy homes and are enjoyed
we couldn’t have the program we have if it wasn’t for wonderful people like your-

11. Inclusion: If you whelp either litter we will split the litter I will sell the puppies
and interview clients as I have done with all of our babies for potential clients,
I want to ensure the best home for what God has given me to watch over.
