1. Seller certifies that said puppy is in good health to the best of Seller’s knowledge, and guarantees against contagious or infectious diseases for 10 days from date of purchase, and against genetic or hereditary diseases for 30 days from date of purchase. Seller will provide Buyer with a health certificate within 21 days of sale and documentation to include;
a. Date of birth, sex, color/markings
b. List & date of vaccinations
c. Record of any known health problems & treatments
d. Date & type of parasitical medication
e. Name, address & signature of Seller
2. Buyer has 72 hours after purchase to take puppy to a veterinarian. If upon examination the veterinarian finds that said puppy is not in good health, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours or two business days from date of examination. Buyer shall provide the Seller with a Certificate of Illness from the examining veterinarian, which shall include;
a. Purchaser’s name & address
b. Date dog was examined
c. Breed & age of dog
d. Condition(s) found that deems the dog unfit for purchase
a-1. Unfit for Purchase" means any disease, deformity, injury, physical condition, illness or any defect which is congenital or hereditary and which severely affects the health of the animal or which was manifest, capable of diagnosis or likely to have been contracted on or before the sale and delivery of the animal to the buyer. These health guarantees apply when the purchaser's veterinarian declares that the newly purchased puppy/dog is "Unfit for Purchase".

3. If said puppy is determined to be unfit for purchase, Seller shall replace said puppy with another puppy of equal value at no additional cost, as soon as one is available. Return of puppy originally purchased is optional, but not required. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Seller has no obligation to reimburse Buyer for any costs incurred, i.e., medical, shipping, crate, etc.
4. Seller reserves the right to contest any veterinary findings and to have puppy/dog examined by Seller’s vet. Buyer must take puppy/dog to Seller’s vet within 48 hours or two business days unless the puppy/dog is hospitalized.
5. Seller will provide additional documentation to the Buyer which shall include;
a. Breeder’s name & address
b. Name & registration number of sire & dam of puppy
c. Name & address of the pedigree registry organization
d. Registration documentation within 120 days of purchase.
6. A show prospect puppy is guaranteed not to have any disqualifying faults according to the AKC/FCI Standard. If said puppy is disqualified from the conformation ring by two (2) or more different judges due to a disqualifying fault, and proof of such disqualification is presented to Seller in writing, said puppy shall be replaced with another show quality puppy for the price of a pet quality puppy when a suitable puppy becomes available.
7. If a show prospect dog intended for breeding receives an OFA hip grading of less than “Fair” or other failing condition, or fails eye clearances, proof must be sent to Seller via certified mail within 10 days of receipt of report. Said dog is to be rendered incapable of reproducing by a veterinarian and proof of surgery is to be provided to Seller within 10 days of surgery via certified mail. Said puppy shall be replaced with another show quality puppy for the price of a pet quality puppy ($1000 One Thousand USD) when a suitable puppy becomes available.
8. Seller reserves the right to refuse replacement of any dog returned for faulty temperament or hip, if Seller deems that such fault in temperament or hip was caused by Buyer’s negligence or abuse.
Seller guarantees that of the date of this contract;
1. This dog has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and has been determined to be of sound health and has received all required vaccinations to date. This information shall be provided to Buyer on date of purchase.
2. This dog is of sound temperament.
3. That said dog is a purebred Rottweiler, with AKC, ADRK, and/or USRC registered parents. AKC registration papers and a true copy of said dog’s pedigree shall be given to Buyer on date of purchase.
4. That said dog has been positively identified by a microchip located on the left shoulder blade and a tattoo located in the right ear.
