Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Contracts are provided upon placement of a deposit. Families place a deposit to hold a puppy until 6 wks of age, when full payment is due. Puppies may go home after 8-9 wks of age. A spay/neuter deposit is placed upon taking the puppy home that is refunded upon proof that the puppy was spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. Failure to spay/neuter by 6 months of age results in the deposit being forfeited.

Buyers agree to offer the puppy a forever home and if they are unable to keep them for their lifetime, they are returned to the breeder to be placed in an appropriate home.
