The described puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian, and to the best knowledge of the breeder, is in sound health. The preliminary vaccines and de-worming have been administered prior to this sale. If this puppy is found to be of unsound health after examination by the Veterinarian of the buyer's choice, the puppy may be returned to the breeder for a full refund. Any such claim must be made within (72) hours of the date of sale, and substantiated by a written report signed by the examining Veterinarian..Buyer agrees to the following:--to provide a proper diet, proper meaning a good quality, specially designed for large breeds. 18 months or less a proper diet is Large Breed Puppy. 18 months or greater a proper diet is Large Breed Adult. --to provide fresh water, adequate shelter, and kind treatment at all times.
Your puppy has been eating Taste of the Wild. We feed and recommend Taste of the Wild Foods.
--to maintain this dog in good health, to provide routine veterinary treatment and preventative health care including, but not limited to, examinations, immunizations, internal and external parasites throughout its entire life. --to provide proper exercise in order to maintain the described puppy in proper weight and physical shape.--I agree to notify the breeder if I decide at any time I can no longer keep or care for the described puppy. The described puppy cannot be sold or given away, unless permission is given by the breeder. If the described puppy is returned it will be returned at the buyer's expense. Their will be NO monetary reimbursement.--I acknowledge the fact that each puppy will have its own personality and will have some habits, which may be good or bad. Please understand when an animal is new to a home; he/she will need time and special care to adjust to its new surroundings. Give them all patience.The described puppy is guaranteed: Standing ears, Hips passing OFA prelims (Fair, Good, or Excellent) or 'a' stamp(normal, fast-normal or noch-zugelassen.)
If described puppy fails to meet this guarantee, he/she must be spayed/neutered and return of AKC papers if owner wishes to keep said puppy or return said puppy for a puppy of equal value. There will be NO monetary reimbursement. Any such claim must be made by 14 months of age, and substantiated by a written report signed by the examining Veterinarian and official OFA prelim report. Breeder must be notified if both ears are not standing by 5 months of age, or notified immediately if ear(s) fall down after 5 months. All guarantees are void if the breeder is not notified or if the said puppy is bred before the age of 2 years old.
