The described puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian, and to the best knowledge of the breeder, is in sound health. The preliminary vaccines and de-worming have been administered prior to this sale. If this puppy is found to be of unsound health after examination by the Veterinarian of the buyer's choice, the puppy may be returned to the breeder for a full refund. Any such claim must be made within (72) hours from the date of sale, and substantiated by a written report signed by the examining Veterinarian.
Buyer agrees to the following:
-To provide routine veterinary treatment and preventative health care including, but not limited to, examinations, immunizations, internal and external parasites throughout its entire life.
-I agree to notify the breeder if I decide at any time I can no longer keep or care for the described puppy/dog. The described puppy cannotbe sold or given away, unless permission is given by the breeder. If the described puppy is returned it will be returned at the buyer's expense.
There will be NO monetary reimbursement.
The described puppy is guaranteed:
Hips passing OFA prelims (Fair, Good, or Excellent) or A- stamp (normal, fast-normal or noch-zugelassen). If described puppy fails to meet this guarantee, he/she must be spayed/neutered and return of AKC papers if owner wishes to keep said puppy. They can return said puppy for a puppy of equal value. There will be NO monetary reimbursement. Any such claim must be within 2 years of age and substantiated by a written report signed by the examining Veterinarian and official OFA prelim report. All guarantees are void if the breeder is not notified or if the said puppy/dog is bred before the age of 2 years old or without OFA’s/SV ratings done. This puppy is being sold in the State of Missouri and any claims must be made in Butler County Missouri.
After reading the above terms and conditions, we find them mutually agreeable and acceptable.
