In order for the Health Guarantee to be valid, the
Puppy must go to the vet within 72 hours of the purchase.
All puppies come with a 1 YEAR health guarantee for inheritable, life threatening genetic defects. (Life threatening meaning the puppy would die because of the defect.) This guarantee only applies to dogs or puppies that I have bred and raised myself. No guarantee against canine viruses and disease after shipping or delivery. Puppies have been vet checked and are current on shots and worming before they are shipped. It is your responsibility to keep shots and worming current, to protect puppy against virus and disease. Clients have 72 hours to take puppy to the vet. If the vet finds a life threatening genetic defect, the puppy will be exchanged for a puppy of equal value based on availability (Can take up to 2 years). Proof must be provided the puppy was taken to the vet within 72 hours after it is received. Return shipping of the puppy is the customer's responsibility. If you choose not to take your puppy to the vet, you will have no health guarantee. No exceptions.
Note: Worms, Coccidia, Guardia and fleas are not a reason to return a puppy and are not covered under the guarantee. Puppies are wormed and I do everything I can to prevent parasites. But there is no guarantee that they would not have them. Hernias, overbites and under bites are not covered under the guarantee, as they would not affect the quality of life. No guarantee on the ability to show your pet. This puppy is sold as pet companion only. I do not give refunds on puppies, I assume no responsibility for vet bills and I am not responsible for disapproval of landlords or spouses. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. Guarantee is valid for the original purchaser of the puppy only, starting from the date of full payment. If for any reason you can not keep the puppy and/or dog I will take him back, there will be no refund.
