The dog is owned by bcbgchihuahua until all paiments are done and valid. The buyer has the right to ask for the dog back is this one is not entirely paid.

The account is not refundable in case of cancellation of contract but can be put on another puppy from another littler in a reasonable length of time or then it will be lost. Any agreement that is not respected will make this contract to be cancelled
